Meet the new 12-speed Shimano GRX Di2 RX825 series, which includes dual control levers refined for comfort and control, a Shimano Shadow RD+ equipped rear derailleur for better chain management, and a gravel-optimized front derailleur for precise shifting.
Wide range cassette for mixed terrain handlebar bikes
The 11-36D 12-v cassette offers a 327% wide range of ratios. From flat sprints to steep climbs, you can choose the best gear ratio for every situation. The gearbox's progressiveness is optimized for pedaling efficiency, with the first eight sprockets focusing on natural, comfortable ratios, and the four larger sprockets offering a wide range of ratios, eliminating sudden jerks.
12-v Ultegra Hyperglide+ Cassette
The ultra-fluid experience of the 12-speed ULTEGRA R8100 range allows you to overcome climbs, sprint and go long distances without stopping to think about the next gear change. Larger sprockets maximize drivetrain efficiency and create compatibility with SHIMANO 11 and 12v hub bodies. HYPERGLIDE+ cassettes have revolutionized off-road shifting with perfect smooth shifting and downshifting. The time has come for technological changes in road cycling. Even during maximum efforts uphill or racing with a friend, you no longer need to reduce pressure on the pedals to shift gears. In any gear, ULTEGRA R8150 transmissions maximize efficiency with larger sprockets and maintain compatibility with existing HYPERGLIDE rear hub bodies. All this by shifting to 12 gears and without increasing weight, ULTEGRA CS-R8100 cassettes are the new frontier for road bikes.
Optimal ratios for group riding and aggressive competition
The SHIMANO FC-RX820-2 offers a perfect balance of light weight and efficiency optimized for mixed-terrain riding and racing. The double chainring meets the segmented needs of Gravel, offering closer, progressive ratios needed to maintain position in the group at all times. The 2x12-v crankset is available with the 48-31D chainring combination and 170, 172.5 and 175 mm crank lengths
