If you missed how to adjust the Shimano rear derailleur, here is Fabio's tutorial:

All steps for a perfect adjustment:

All you need to adjust the Sram AXS rear derailleur is the "Sram AXS" app on your smartphone and a 2.5 spanner. After installing the rear derailleur for the first time, you must perform the "pairing", i.e. the coupling between the AXS components: the front and rear derailleur communicating via Bluetooth.
The steps for this step are simple: press and hold the light buttons on the rear derailleur until it starts flashing steadily. Then repeat the operation on the front derailleur buttons and levers. Once the pairing is complete, return to the rear derailleur and switch off the light while holding down the button.
Next, check that the drivetrain is running smoothly. In fact, it must slide on the sprockets in the correct manner in a fluid manner, without inaccuracies and without noise.

Adjusts micro-regulations

If you notice noises when checking the drivetrain, it means that the rear derailleur does not slide on the sprockets correctly and you will have to make micro-adjustments using the AXS buttons located on the levers. These buttons will activate the light on the shift button, indicating an incorrect shift position, which can be either outwards (adjustable via the right lever button) or inwards (adjustable via the left lever).
To achieve an optimal setup, you will have to make micro-adjustments using the buttons on the levers to position the shifter correctly. If done correctly, the turn should be silent, without any noise.

Set the end stop.

After making the micro-adjustments, remember to adjust the end stop. Using the 2.5 spanner, place the adjusting screws on the sprockets in the stop position and unscrew them a quarter turn.
Finally, adjust the distance between the sprocket of the upper rear derailleur pulley and the penultimate sprocket of the cassette, keeping it approximately one chain link apart.

Now your SRAM AXS rear derailleur is ready to be used!
