Merida E-One Sixty 875 IV1 e-bike
Goodbye range anxiety, hello horizon
The eONE-SIXTY 875 marries a full-power drive unit with a user-removable 750 Wh battery and optional 360 Wh range extender, all wrapped up in the durable aluminium frame. With the proven, low-maintenance FAST suspension platform, you can run mixed wheel sizes as standard or switch to full 29" without compromise, while Merida has combined the no-compromise suspension performance of a RockShox Zeb fork and Super Deluxe shock with Shimano's durable XT Linkglide drivetrain. With the new eONE-SIXTY, the next descent is always about to start. With an all-aluminium frame, it offers maximum value and maximum battery range, thanks to a powerful drive unit paired with a removable 750 Wh battery and optional 360 Wh range extender. The only reason to stop will be because you have to. With the incredibly capable geometry derived from the award-winning ONE-SIXTY enduro range, Merida has got handling that'll help you conquer the toughest climbs as well as the most grin-inducing descents, while the proven FAST kinematic suspension will take care of anything the trail throws at it. This low-maintenance flexstay design offers 174 mm of rear wheel travel to go with 170 mm at the front, with size-tuned progression to maximise performance for all sizes of riders. You can run it with the latest coil shocks without any worries too. With mixed size 29" front and 27.5" rear wheels as standard for playful handling, you can switch to a focussed full 29er setup without messing up the geometry, thanks to the flip chip design. With low standover heights across all sizes, you can choose between a longer frame for more stable handling or a shorter one for an agile feel, while some models feature the ground-breaking 30-230 mm travel-adjustable dropper post.

Technologies
Long Fender
An optional extra coverage mudguard that bolts rigidly to the back end of our bikes, protecting the rider from dirt and water spray while reducing noise, movement and prevent damage to the paintwork.
Fast Kinematic
Suspension system that uses a Flexstay design to reduce weight and maintenance, is Adjustable to run 29” or 27.5” wheels without altering the geometry and has Size Tuned shock progression that increases with frame size, so lighter and smaller riders can access all of the travel and heavier riders get the support they need on big hits.
Wire Port
MERIDA designed headsets that enable all control cables from the handlebar to enter the frame through the headset cover, creating a clean and uncluttered look, allowing for a lighter, stronger and more aerodynamic frame structure than with conventional cable ports. Depending on the model, the cables are run completely internally (including the bar and stem) or semi-integrated, where the cables enter the frame underneath the stem.
P-Flex
A suspension design where the traditional pivot point on the seat stay is eliminated in favour of a flexstay design. This uses the compliance of the material and specific shaping of the tubes to allow for the seat and chain stays to move apart as the suspension moves through the travel. By removing this pivot point at the seat and chain stay junction, we save weight, reduce maintenance needs and add stiffness to the frame structure.
NON-Slip Tightening
This system means you only need a single tool to tighten important bolts, making it easy to secure them while out on the trail and also making routine maintenance faster and simpler. The bolts have a specially shaped head on one end that fits into a matching recess in the frame, preventing rotation. That means there is no hardware bonded into the frame itself, so damaged threads or bolts can be easily replaced.
DI2 Ready
Shimano's Di2 electronic shifting system offers fast, smooth and reliable shifting. In particular, in the road world, it has proven itself as the primary choice when top performance is at the top of the agenda. With that in mind, we have a broad selection of performance road frames that are Di2 READY and can accommodate the electrical cable, battery and other little tweaks that the system requires.
Internal Cable Routing
On the majority of our frames, we run the gear and brake cables and hoses through the frame. The cables enter and exit the frame through smooth sockets, or we use one of our other systems like SMART ENTRY or WIRE PORT to be routed through. Running the cables inside the frame protects them from the elements, gives a clean and neat look and can offer aerodynamic advantages.
Smooth welding
Sometimes called "double pass welding," a second pass on the weld gives the frame a clean, organic look. At first glance, you'll be convinced it's carbon.
X-Taper headtube
Steering precision is vital to safe and confident handling, and the X-TAPER HEADTUBE allows us to significantly boost this precision. A larger headset diameter at the bottom paired with a smaller one at the top helps to deal with the strains modern riding and equipment can put on the headtube, all without adding unnecessary weight. It allows tapered forks to be fitted with ease and delivers precise and confidence-inspiring steering.
HFS - Hydro forming system
Tubes are inserted into negative molds and a hot emulsion of water and oil is forced under pressure, enabling them to form complex shapes.
