When Castelli decided to make this jersey, the idea was to create a garment that could be worn as soon as it was dry after washing, regardless of the type of racing on the calendar for that day. It doesn't matter if you normally wear a streamlined racing jersey or a more regular cut jersey, the Espresso will be your new favourite jersey. First of all, we focused on the fit and fabric of this jersey. A fabric was developed that would allow a close fit to the body without being too tight. The fabric that was developed also offers excellent breathability and moisture management, and as an added bonus, it was found to perform well in the wind tunnel too! Next, we focused on the waist and pockets, so you can load up the pockets when a long day is ahead and everything needs to stay in place. There is a fourth zipped security pocket to keep your valuables safe. Finally, we use a tried and trusted full-length YKK® Vislon® zip. We're sure this will be the jersey you'll always wear, whatever the type of ride that day, because Espresso is always a good idea.
